Prime Minister Edi Rama visits CBS/AgroCapital client in Bajza in his new medicinal herbs collection investment

December 11, 2014 - Vasel Muçaj who benefited from AgroCapital services in obtaining the AZHBR grant financing was visited by the Prime Minister Edi Rama and Minister of Agriculture Edmond Panariti in his new investment of medicinal herbs collection in Bajza, Malsi e Madhe. Mr. Muçaj was assisted by CBS team in fulfilling the required application for $141,000 grant from national subsidy scheme representing $280,000 investment value. Twenty employees more than the previous year are the first effects of the investment. During the visit, the Prime Minister stressed that “Albanian Sage herb covers today 70% of the US market, but if we cultivate indigenous product then there will be an increased international demand.” The Minister of Agriculture, Panariti added that "This investment will increase the capacity of medicinal plants. Demand for export is growing continuously in the United States and EU countries.”
