Fotjona Taçe is a project management professional with over 12 years of work experience, with a special focus on economic development projects. Her experience involves project development, program management and supervising as well as reporting.
Ms. Taçe joined the CBS team in 2013 and has been involved in the coordination and management of some of the key projects implemented by CBS. Currently, Ms. Taçe holds the title of ‘Head of Project Development and Implementation’ and is primarily responsible for the development of new programs, management of projects with a multi-stakeholder structure composed of international partners, project writing, grant applications, design and development of methodologies to achieve project success. She has been driving strategic and complex projects related to new proposals and analyses of projects funded by EU and international donors.
Ms. Taçe started her career at Vodafone Albania at the Customer Service Department, followed by the position at Vodafone Albania Foundation, responsible for monitoring and coordination of projects of the Foundation. After that, she worked at PLUS Communication, as a person in charge of risk analysis related to customer documentation, decision making for approval of applications, development, monitoring, and finalization of the portability process and reporting to the management team. She worked at ‘People and Ideas’ NGO, offering her expertise for developing, monitoring and finalizing the projects' stages. Ms. Taçe has a Business Administration degree and a professional Master Degree (MBA) from the University of Tirana. She is a candidate for PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
