How LORES Works
LORES is the only electronic platform in Albania which refers loan applications to eight banks and financial institutions. LORES was created to address the difficulties SMEs face when applying for loans from banks. LORES can upload over 1 million loan applications with proper documentation.
The loan application process, approval and tracking until disbursement come through a fully automated process, easily accessible from any internet-connected device. The LORES platform is part of the SME Financing Facilitation Program, SmartCapital, funded by USAID and implemented by CBS.

Application within 24 Hours
The loan application is available within one day and the CBS Credit Advisor prepares the documentation file in accordance with the bank's requirements. To avoid postponing the review of the file indefinitely, LORES refers the loan application directly to the Central Directorate of the Bank and ensures its priority treatment.
Preferential Interest Rate
Due to the high interest rate, the applicant is often forced to withdraw from his investment plan. Thanks to the partnership with financial institutions, through the LORES platform, the loan is obtained at a preferential interest rate. To avoid the high burden of monthly installments, the applicant benefits from favorable terms for their payment as well as the extension of the loan term.
Collateral Insurance Solutions
One of the obstacles encountered during loan applications is the high level of collateral and the inability to obtain it. If you have difficulty securing collateral, CBS Advisers mediate with the Bank / Financial Institution for lower level collateral.
Partnership with Bank and Institutions
LORES cooperates with Reiffeisen Bank, ProCredit Bank, Credins Bank, BKT, Intesa SanPaolo, Tirana Bank, as well as financial institutions such as NOA and FedInvest.
