In her current role in CBS, Diana assumes primary responsibility for program and project accounting, meticulously tracking budgets, and providing accurate forecasts and revisions. Her experience includes working with major donor institutions such as the European Union (EU) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), ensuring compliance with specific funding guidelines. Serge Guay is a Canadian career banker having accumulated over 37 years’ experience in commercial and retail banking in Canada and International markets. He has held executive level positions in both these markets in addition to supporting SME product development for the Raiffeisen International Banking Group based in Vienna. In addition to his current involvement with CBS, Serge continues to serve as a Sr SME Banking specialist for IFC – World Bank which he joined in 2016. He remains actively involved in numerous projects supporting Banks across CEE, Africa, Middle-East and Latin America. Blerina Toslluku is a journalist with 13 years experience in the field of Communication, PR and Marketing. Blerina is the Public Relations and Marketing Manager at Creative Business Solutions (CBS). She is responsible for building communication strategies and lines of promotional policies of the company understanding the needs of the market and our customers. As the head of the Communications and Marketing Department, Blerina works closely with all the teams at CBS to identify trends that facilitate the decisions of our collaborators. Her career began as a journalist in the Albanian written press, during her studies in journalism at the Faculty of History and Philology at University of Tirana. Blerina has also collaborated in local development projects of the World Bank, Save the Children, KfW (German Development Bank), GIZ Albania, etc.

Kamber Kasollari is a financial advisor with over 15 years of experience in the banking sector. Kamber is an expert in creating new financial products, developing and setting up banking structures for agribusiness development. At CBS as part of the Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship team, he covers the lending process, monitoring and customer care by assisting in the implementation of technology cards, preparation of financial analysis and project management mainly in the field of agribusiness. He currently holds the role of Agribusiness Development Manager, where he is responsible for developing and expanding the client portfolio, preparing financing strategies for enterprises, agribusinesses and agritourism. During the period in CBS Kamber has collaborated with institutions and organizations such as ARDA, USAID, GIZ, EBRD, GFA, Risi Albania, RCFG for the development and drafting of joint projects to increase funding, through grants, business plans, study plans etc.

Ela Muka is a Senior Account Officer with 5 year experience in accounting, financial reporting and tax advisory. Ela joined CBS’s Financial Team in 2019 where she is responsible for managing financial reporting and external controls, preparing all internal reports of company, cost analysis, Profit&Loss statement and other reports required. She coordinates the preparation and distribution of financial management information to specific projects and departments. She is qualified implementation of tax treaties for the avoidance of double taxation. Ela graduated in Finance from University of Tirana has a Master Degree in Finance and she’s certificated from the Institute of Certified Tax Experts.

Ergent Pire is a seasoned Business Consultant and Project Management professional with expertise in consulting services and economic development projects. He has over a decade of experience in financial management, consulting, and research and development projects funded by donors like USAID, EU, FAO, GIZ, and SDC. At CBS, Ergent started as a Senior Business Consultant, expanding the agribusiness client portfolio and leading agriculture-related projects. Three years later, he was promoted to Agribusiness Services Manager, shaping development goals and growth strategies for SMEs and Agribusinesses. Currently, as Business Development and Projects Manager, Ergent identifies new opportunities, establishes alliances, and develops and implements strategic projects. He collaborates closely with the Agribusiness and the wider CBS team to ensure the successful achievement of business objectives through SMART Objectives and Key Results. Ergent holds a master's degree in finance & accounting from the Agriculture University of Tirana.

Lulëzim Kadiasi has been part of CBS since 2014 and holds the role of Senior Consultant on Quality Standards. In CBS he provides technical assistance for agricultural farms, FPO, agribusiness companies for implementation of quality and safety standards. Has 9 years of experience in drafting business plans, designing and operating financing products through grants and loans, providing recommendations for improving application technologies in agricultural and agro-processing businesses. His work consists in identification, testing, adaptation and introduction of neë technologies in the practices of the agriculture produces Lulëzim graduated for Agriculture at the University of Tirana, he is a Food Technologist with an international experience in providing assistance to farmers' organizations to strengthen their client capacities and the management of Agricultural Cooperative Societies.

Finally, she has joined the CBS team after 6 years of professional experience in civil society organizations at home and abroad. Enxhi conducts studies and researches according to the needs of CBS, writes and prepares the complete package of project proposals, assists the implementation of activities and prepares descriptive reports on the progress of projects. She holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations as well as a master's degree in Design and Project Management.

Ana is head of the social media management team, editor of the news media, part of the marketing copywriting team and creates communication strategies dedicates to the company’s clients’ needs. She started at CBS as an Online Journalist intern after completing her master’s studies for “Intercultural Communication” at University of Tirana.

She assists with social media manager duties by providing the efficiency of our daily posting schedule that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness. Deni Çomora started her career at CBS in April 2022 as part of the Marketing team. Deni has had a different journey within the company, first as a member serving first as Content Creator and Social Network Management for the AgroWeb online media and then in the role of Executive Coordinator at CBS. Deni manages schedules, coordinates executive meetings and oversees projects, demonstrating her skills in effective multi-tasking and management. Acting as a liaison between senior management and staff, Deni builds strong professional relationships and encourages collaboration between departments. Deni holds a degree in Agro-Environmental Engineering and Ecology, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and creativity to her work.
