Enio Jaço

Executive Director

Enio Jaço is a Business Executive with in-depth professional experience in two decades, in the USA, Central Asia and the Western Balkans. He specializes in economic development and enterprise growth. In 2019, he was elected President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Albania, where he worked with the business community, Government and international partners to improve the business climate in Albania. Enio is the founder and CEO of Creative Business Solutions (CBS), a leading business consulting and economic development company with expertise in financial services and investment modernization. Its main clients include donors such as USAID, the European Union, the World Bank and the EBRD.

Diana Stavre

Manager, Finance & Administration

Diana Stavre is an finance and administration manager with over 14 years of experience. She has a strong background in finance and accounting, with contributions to both non-profit and commercial sectors. Diana's expertise lies in managing large-scale projects, overseeing financial processes, and ensuring compliance with budgets and reporting requirements. In her current role in CBS, Diana assumes primary responsibility for program and project accounting, meticulously tracking budgets, and providing accurate forecasts and revisions. She excels in financial management for international multi-partner projects, consistently meeting donor requirements and maintaining adherence to agreed-upon budget figures. Her experience includes working with major donor institutions such as the European Union (EU) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), ensuring compliance with specific funding guidelines. Diana holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Tirana University.

Serge Guay

Senior Consultant, Banking and Finance

Serge Guay is a Canadian career banker having accumulated over 37 years’ experience in commercial and retail banking in Canada and International markets. He has held executive level positions in both these markets in addition to supporting SME product development for the Raiffeisen International Banking Group based in Vienna. In addition to his current involvement with CBS, Serge continues to serve as a Sr SME Banking specialist for IFC – World Bank which he joined in 2016. He remains actively involved in numerous projects supporting Banks across CEE, Africa, Middle-East and Latin America. His areas of expertise include business modeling, channel strategy, sales, products, customer experience and training.

Blerina Toslluku

Marketing and PR Manager

Blerina Toslluku is a journalist with 13 years experience in the field of Communication, PR and Marketing. Blerina is the Public Relations and Marketing Manager at Creative Business Solutions (CBS). She is responsible for building communication strategies and lines of promotional policies of the company understanding the needs of the market and our customers. As the head of the Communications and Marketing Department, Blerina works closely with all the teams at CBS to identify trends that facilitate the decisions of our collaborators. Her career began as a journalist in the Albanian written press, during her studies in journalism at the Faculty of History and Philology at University of Tirana. Blerina has also collaborated in local development projects of the World Bank, Save the Children, KfW (German Development Bank), GIZ Albania, etc.

Pranvera Guxho

Senior Business Development Consultant

Pranvera is a consultant and product developer at CBS with a financial background and an expertise in business expansion and innovation. Pranvera advises her clients regarding investment opportunities, export readiness strategies as well as grant schemes or loan applications procedures. She is also responsible for conceptualizing new consultancy services and alternative financing solutions for SMEs. She successfully passed CFA Level I exam and is a candidate for CFA Level II exam. Pranvera graduated Summa Cum Laude holding a B.S. degree from SUNY Empire State College USA and University of New York Tirana and a MSc. in Finance and Accounting.

Kamber Kasollari

Manager for Agribusiness Development

Kamber Kasollari is a financial advisor with over 15 years of experience in the banking sector. Kamber is an expert in creating new financial products, developing and setting up banking structures for agribusiness development. At CBS as part of the Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship team, he covers the lending process, monitoring and customer care by assisting in the implementation of technology cards, preparation of financial analysis and project management mainly in the field of agribusiness. He currently holds the role of Agribusiness Development Manager, where he is responsible for developing and expanding the client portfolio, preparing financing strategies for enterprises, agribusinesses and agritourism. During the period in CBS Kamber has collaborated with institutions and organizations such as ARDA, USAID, GIZ, EBRD, GFA, Risi Albania, RCFG for the development and drafting of joint projects to increase funding, through grants, business plans, study plans etc.

Ela Muka

Senior Account Officer

Ela Muka is a Senior Account Officer with 5 year experience in accounting, financial reporting and tax advisory. Ela joined CBS’s Financial Team in 2019 where she is responsible for managing financial reporting and external controls, preparing all internal reports of company, cost analysis, Profit&Loss statement and other reports required. She coordinates the preparation and distribution of financial management information to specific projects and departments. She is qualified implementation of tax treaties for the avoidance of double taxation. Ela graduated in Finance from University of Tirana has a Master Degree in Finance and she’s certificated from the Institute of Certified Tax Experts.

Ergent Pire

Manager, Business Development and Projects

Ergent Pire is a seasoned Business Consultant and Project Management professional with expertise in consulting services and economic development projects. He has over a decade of experience in financial management, consulting, and research and development projects funded by donors like USAID, EU, FAO, GIZ, and SDC. At CBS, Ergent started as a Senior Business Consultant, expanding the agribusiness client portfolio and leading agriculture-related projects. Three years later, he was promoted to Agribusiness Services Manager, shaping development goals and growth strategies for SMEs and Agribusinesses. Currently, as Business Development and Projects Manager, Ergent identifies new opportunities, establishes alliances, and develops and implements strategic projects. He collaborates closely with the Agribusiness and the wider CBS team to ensure the successful achievement of business objectives through SMART Objectives and Key Results. Ergent holds a master's degree in finance & accounting from the Agriculture University of Tirana.

Lulëzim Kadiasi

Senior Consultant for Quality Standards

Lulëzim Kadiasi has been part of CBS since 2014 and holds the role of Senior Consultant on Quality Standards. In CBS he provides technical assistance for agricultural farms, FPO, agribusiness companies for implementation of quality and safety standards. Has 9 years of experience in drafting business plans, designing and operating financing products through grants and loans, providing recommendations for improving application technologies in agricultural and agro-processing businesses. His work consists in identification, testing, adaptation and introduction of neë technologies in the practices of the agriculture produces Lulëzim graduated for Agriculture at the University of Tirana, he is a Food Technologist with an international experience in providing assistance to farmers' organizations to strengthen their client capacities and the management of Agricultural Cooperative Societies.

Enxhi Lipa

Project Development and Implementation Officer

Enxhi Lipa is responsible for the development and implementation of projects at the business and projects department at CBS. Finally, she has joined the CBS team after 6 years of professional experience in civil society organizations at home and abroad. Enxhi conducts studies and researches according to the needs of CBS, writes and prepares the complete package of project proposals, assists the implementation of activities and prepares descriptive reports on the progress of projects. She holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations as well as a master's degree in Design and Project Management.

Xhelson Mesi

Bussines Consultant

Xhelson Mesi graduated in Business Management from the University of Tirana. Xhelson has with two years of experience as a direct sales agent, specializing in monitoring, staff training and customer service. He has advanced skills in the field of sales and marketing, and knows well the tactics to achieve successful results in this direction. As an Business Consultant at CBS, Xhelson is responsible for providing specialized advice and assistance to enterprises in the field of investments, strategies for entering new markets. His work is closely related to the Agribusiness and Financing department at CBS. Xhelson offers advice on ways to improve business performance, expand the market and identify new investment opportunities, advice and help with grant and loan application procedures. With a 3-year experience in this sector, he knows the details necessary to submit successful applications and offers detailed instructions to clients to take advantage of the available funds and financial resources.

Klea Gjoka

Business Specialist

Klea Gjoka is a Business Specialist in the Agribusiness Department, she graduated with a MSC in Economy And Policies For Rural Development from the Agriculture University of Tirana in 2020. She has four years of experience in delivering technical support to businesses on new technologies, business development plans, and raising capital through traditional and alternative channels. Specialising in grant absorption and management through her time as part of the startup one-stop-shop team during the first call of the grant for the support of startups and facilitators. Klea is responsible and manages internal systems and databases, writes and prepares financial analysis, business plans and feasibility studies based on our clients needs.

Ana Brahaj

Communication Marketing Specialist

Ana Brahaj is a communication expert in the marketing department at CBS. For the last three years she’s been responsible for producing creative written and visual content for AgroWeb website, IntoAlbania and other collaborations with CBS’s clients. Ana is head of the social media management team, editor of the news media, part of the marketing copywriting team and creates communication strategies dedicates to the company’s clients’ needs. She started at CBS as an Online Journalist intern after completing her master’s studies for “Intercultural Communication” at University of Tirana.

Ermal Shehu

Graphic Designer

Ermal Shehu has been for 3 years part of CBS marketing team as a senior graphic disagner. In this position his main task is to create multimedial materials for CBS and it's products such as visual content, catalogues, creation of new designs and presentations, brochues, catalogues, video production etc. He has a 9 year experience in design industry where some of his creations involved video and audio productions. Ermal has a vast knowledge in editing programs that facilitate his day to day duties.

Tesi Kerenxhi

Content Writer

Tesi Kerenxhi is a content writer who joined CBS staff in 2020. Her role is closely related to AgroWeb’s and IntoAlbania's editorial team and enriches the website with new articles in accordance with the editorial line. Tesi’s responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics and proofreading articles before publication. She assists with social media manager duties by providing the efficiency of our daily posting schedule that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness. Tesi has many trainings that focus on enhancing creative knowledge such as painting, photography and design.

Andi Bërdica

Graphic Designer

Andi Bërdica joined CBS Marketing Team as a Graphic Designer on 2022. His work is closely related to the AgroWeb and InatoAlbania online medias where he's responsible of creating multimedial materials for social networks and the webites. For 7 years Andi has been working with the creation of printed and online visual content, while during the last 3 years his focus has been on design and digital marketing.

Deni Çomora

Executive Coordinator

Deni Çomora started her career at CBS in April 2022 as part of the Marketing team. Deni has had a different journey within the company, first as a member serving first as Content Creator and Social Network Management for the AgroWeb online media and then in the role of Executive Coordinator at CBS. Deni manages schedules, coordinates executive meetings and oversees projects, demonstrating her skills in effective multi-tasking and management. Acting as a liaison between senior management and staff, Deni builds strong professional relationships and encourages collaboration between departments. Deni holds a degree in Agro-Environmental Engineering and Ecology, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and creativity to her work.
